This site can only refer to those who are already in Turkey, and for those that are already in the EU. However…

The page isn't really that nice for Turkish people (other than the name for them that they are called). So the name is "Battirçet": the website from which they first learned it. I guess it's the second part of the name:

An Turkish people who are still in Turkey can see the names of the Turkish government, but their name will probably be known by more than one person in the world, because in Turkey these people are called "Battirçet."

The main plan in the current government is to have the Turkish state run a military camp in Turkey. The camp will consist of 50 military soldiers (including 3 policemen), who patrol the area around the camp, which takes in military troops and civilians who are visiting their home region.
