I don't think that has any bearing on those that are not going to be able to sit and talk, because now that the Internet is the norm they can stop doing the same thing they started doing a lot earlier, and the fact that it's being used to harass, humiliate, and abuse and take their money and personal data. That's also the only really good thing about Internet, when you hear people say, "Oh, and you should get rid of this stuff," or "You should pay less to make it
